Welcome to Blue Holidays! By booking with us or using our website

(www.blueholidaysindia.in), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

● All bookings must be confirmed via written communication (email/WhatsApp).

● Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance can be paid as per the agreed terms.

2. Payments

● Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or card (on request).

● Final payment must be cleared before or during the trip as discussed at the time of booking.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

● All inclusions (hotels, transport, sightseeing, meals, etc.) will be mentioned clearly in the itinerary.

● Any additional service not mentioned in the package will be charged extra (e.g.entrance fees, boating, personal expenses).

4. Pricing

● All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise mentioned.

● Rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of fluctuations in transport/hotel tariffs, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

5. Transport & Drivers

● Vehicle type will be confirmed as per the package.

● All drivers are experienced and verified.

● Driver details will be shared 24 hours before the trip.

6. Hotel Policies

● Hotel check-in and check-out times follow standard rules (usually 12:00 PM check-in,11:00 AM check-out).

● Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel discretion.

7. Force Majeure

Blue Holidays will not be responsible for any delays or changes in the itinerary due to natural disasters, strikes, flight/train cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
