We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both sides.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel the booking, please notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp).Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
● 15 days or more before trip start date – 90% refund of total package cost
● 7 to 14 days before trip start date – 50% refund
● Less than 7 days before trip start date – No refund
● Same-day cancellation / No-show – 100% cancellation charges
2. Cancellation of Non-Refundable Services
Some hotel/transport bookings may be non-refundable based on partner policies. These will be mentioned during booking and will not be eligible for refund under any condition.
3. Refund Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
4. Changes to Itinerary
If you request changes (dates, destinations) after confirmation:
● Change will be subject to availability.
● Any price difference will be communicated and charged accordingly.
5. Cancellation by Blue Holidays
In rare cases where we must cancel the booking due to unavoidable reasons (like natural calamity, hotel/transport unavailability), we will offer:
● A full refund or
● An alternative package/date as per mutual agreement.
